That in Carver' s Addition , as per plat recorded in <br />, Book T page 238 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois , the alleys in Blocks 15 , 16 , 20, 22 <br /> and 23 be , and the same are hereby, vacated. <br /> 2. That in Carver' s Addition , as aforesaid, the following <br />' portions of streets be, and they are hereby, vacated: <br /> (a) Those portions of North Calhoun, North Illinois <br /> i and East Marietta that are next and adjacent <br /> said Block 23 ; <br /> (b) Those portions of North Railroad Avenue that are <br /> next and adjacent to said Block 16 and next and <br /> adjacent to Lots 9 through 12 , inclusive, of <br /> said Block 15 . <br /> 3. That alley in J .T.B . Stapp Subdivision, Block B , as per <br /> plat recorded in Book 5 page 44 of the records aforesaid be , and <br /> the same is hereby, vacated. <br /> 4. That there be , and there is hereby , attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof a plat showing said portions of streets and <br /> alleys. <br />
