The development <br /> plans for Phoenix Park have progressed to the point where it <br /> is necessary to take action on the vacation of certain streets <br /> and alleys within the Park area. Improvements to the park <br />� are tentatively scheduled to begin in May. <br />' Corporation Counsel has prepared the attached Ordinance and <br /> Phil Cochran Consulting Engineers for the Decatur Housing <br />� Authority, prepared the attached plat map showing those portions <br /> of streets and alleys to be vacated. <br /> fr <br />
