' � ' � �? � y � -� I�, <br /> AGR�EMEPIT TO FURNISH PERSONNEL FOR <br /> OPERATION OF PARKING GARAGES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made this day o.f March, 1983 , by and <br /> between THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS , A Municipal Corporation, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "CITY" , and DOWNTOTrJN DECATUR COUNCIL, <br /> INC. , A Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "OPERATOR". <br /> For and in consideration of the covenants , agreements <br /> and conditions hereinafter set forth City does hereby contract <br /> with Operator for the furnishing of personnel and supervision <br /> to operate the off-street motor vehicle parking facilities <br /> of the City commonly known as : <br /> Mi1PS Garage A - located on North Jackson Street between <br /> East �;lilliam and East Prairie Streets; <br /> MVPS Garage B - located on North Water Street between <br /> East Eldorado Street and East Zdorth Street; <br /> P�IVPS Garage C - located on South Franklin Street between <br /> East Wood Street and East Main Street ; <br /> all in the City of Decatur, Illinois , for the period of two (2) <br /> years beginning on the lst day of April, 1983 , and endin� on the <br /> 31st day of March, 1985, unless sooner terminated as elsewhere <br /> provided herein. ' <br /> IT IS AGREED AS FOLLO��S : I <br /> l. Operator agrees to furnish such personnel and supervision <br /> as sha11 , under the direction and at the discretion of the City, be <br /> necessary or desirable to operate the aforesaid parking facilities <br /> in a safe, efficient , courteous and adequate manner and to comply <br /> with a11 laws and with all ordinances of the City of Decatur from <br /> time to time applicable to the operation of said facilities . <br />
