2. Operator shall make no alterations or additions to I <br />, said facilities without obtaining the prior consent of City <br /> i ilities <br /> in writing signed by the City Manager, and all sa d fac , <br /> and all appurtenances thereto, presently located, or herea£ter <br /> located in, or upon, said facilities whether affixed thereto <br /> or not are, and shall remain, or shall become the property <br /> of the City. <br /> 3 . Neither this agreement nor anything contained herein <br /> shall be construed as creating a tenancy between the City and <br /> the Operator, and City may at any time, upon two (2) weeks , <br /> notice to Operator, terminate this a�reement as to any one or , <br /> more of said facilities . I <br /> 4. Operator shall operate said facilities on the days I <br /> and during the hours fixed by the City through direction to <br /> the 0 erator from time to time b the Cit Mana er. <br /> P Y Y � , <br /> 5 . Al1 fees or charges for use of said facilities shall <br /> be fixed from time to time by the City and Operator shall collect � <br /> such of those fees and charges as it is from time to time directed <br /> so to do b the Cit throu h the City Mana�er and shall not permit <br /> y y � <br /> any motor vehicle to be parked in any said facility without charge <br /> except on the express direction of the City. <br /> 6 . Operator shall daily deposit in a bank, or in banks , <br /> designated by the City all monies collected under the provisions <br /> hereof, which said monies from the time they are first collected <br /> by the respective attendants are, and shall continue to be the <br /> property of the City, and shall keep such daily and other periodic <br /> - 2 - <br />
