f <br /> City are insured against any claim, demand or loss for injury <br /> to persons or damage to property resulting fro�, growing out <br />� of or connected with the operation of the facilities aforesaid <br /> � <br /> and any act or omission to act by Operator, or any of Operator s <br /> employees, which said contract or contracts of insurance shall <br /> have limits in amount not less than $500, 000 per occurrence, <br /> except that this obligation shall not require the Operator to <br /> furnish insurance against injury to persons or damage to <br /> property caused by the ne�ligence of City or its employees. <br /> 10. Operator shall, at Operator' s own expense, defend <br /> all suits that may be brought against the City on account <br /> of, or in connection with, or by reason of any damage or <br /> injury to life, limb or property connected with, growing out <br /> of or caused by any act or omission to act of Operator or any <br /> employees of Operator in or about the operation of said facilities � <br /> hereunder and shall save and keep harmless the City from any and I'� <br /> all damages, judgments, costs and expenses of every kind that may <br /> arise or result by reason of the negligence of Operator or the <br /> employees of Operator by reason of, growin� out of, or connected <br /> with the operation of said facilities and the carrying out of <br /> the terms and provisions of this agreement. <br /> 11 . This agreement is specifically made subject to, and <br /> Operator agrees to abide by, all statutes of the State of Illinois <br /> and all ordinances of the City of Decatur , Illinois, with regard <br /> to fair employment practices , and Operator shall further , in the <br /> performance of this contract, in no manner discriminate among <br /> - 4 - <br />
