15 . Operator shall: <br /> (a) Furnish prompt, safe, efficient , and courteous <br /> service adequate to meet all demands for his service at said <br /> facilities . <br /> (b) Furnish said service on a fair, equal and non- <br /> discriminatory basis to all users thereof. <br /> (c) Provide attendants having a neat and clean <br /> appearance at all times . <br /> (d) Maintain a close watch over attendants to insure <br /> that they shall discharge their duties in a safe, courteous , <br /> and efficient manner and maintain a high standard of safety and <br /> service to the public. <br /> (e) Use his best efforts in every proper manner to <br /> maintain and develop the business conducted by him hereunder <br /> and to increase the same . <br /> (f) Not divert or cause or allow to be diverted any <br /> business from the facilities. <br /> (g) File with City, and keep current , an employee <br /> schedule showing the number of employees and the assigned hours, <br /> no change shall be made in either the number of employees , or the <br /> hours scheduled except by consultation with the City. <br /> (h) Have a telephone, with a listed number, which number <br /> shall also be conspicuously posted at each garage facility, avail- <br /> able for garage patrons to communicate with Operator at all times . <br /> 16. It is understood and agreed that City will at its own <br /> expense furnish all maintenance, upkeep and repairs for said <br /> - 6 - <br />
