. , ORDINADICE No. �a --/ � v M��'R��«�E� AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEA'i OF SANITARY SEWERS KNOWN AS FOREST CREST - APPLEWOOD SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : SECTION 1 : That there be constructed a Local Improvement within the City of Decatur, Illinois, consisting of a complete sanitary sewerage system, including laterals, manholes, force mains, pump station, and all accessories thereto, as shown on the maps, profiles, drawings, plans and details, marked "Exhibit 2" , and accompanying detailed specifications , markE "Exhibit 3" , which are attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, the same as if fully set 'forth herein. r SECTION 2 : That said improvement shall be paid for by special assessment against property benefitting thereby. . SECTION 3 : That there is hereby established a sanitary sewer district within the City of Decatur, Illinois, designated as FOREST CREST- APPLEWOOD SPECIAL ASSESSDZENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT, which said district shall include all parts of the City of Decatur, Illinois, within the boundar ies described on attached "Exhibit 1" . SECTION 4 : That said improvements shall consist of the construc- tion of a complete sanitary sewer system, and the necessary restoration of street surfaces, all complete in place, as shown in "Exhibit 2" and as spec- ified in "Exhibit 3" . The improvement is more particularly described in "Exhibit 2" , being the plans and specifications, and consists of a complete sanitary sewer district to serve all parts of the City of Decatur, as described in "Exhibit 1" , and as shown on sheet numbers 1 through 26 of the detailed plans and specifications, including the locations of all such sewers and the depths thereof, all detailed in "Exhibit 2" .
