. , <br /> ORDINADICE No. �a --/ � v M��'R��«�E� <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT BY <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEA'i OF SANITARY SEWERS KNOWN AS <br /> FOREST CREST - APPLEWOOD SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> SECTION 1 : That there be constructed a Local Improvement within <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, consisting of a complete sanitary sewerage <br /> system, including laterals, manholes, force mains, pump station, and all <br /> accessories thereto, as shown on the maps, profiles, drawings, plans and <br /> details, marked "Exhibit 2" , and accompanying detailed specifications , markE <br /> "Exhibit 3" , which are attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, <br /> the same as if fully set 'forth herein. <br /> r SECTION 2 : That said improvement shall be paid for by special <br /> assessment against property benefitting thereby. . <br /> SECTION 3 : That there is hereby established a sanitary sewer <br /> district within the City of Decatur, Illinois, designated as FOREST CREST- <br /> APPLEWOOD SPECIAL ASSESSDZENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT, which said district <br /> shall include all parts of the City of Decatur, Illinois, within the boundar <br /> ies described on attached "Exhibit 1" . <br /> SECTION 4 : That said improvements shall consist of the construc- <br /> tion of a complete sanitary sewer system, and the necessary restoration of <br /> street surfaces, all complete in place, as shown in "Exhibit 2" and as spec- <br /> ified in "Exhibit 3" . The improvement is more particularly described <br /> in "Exhibit 2" , being the plans and specifications, and consists of a <br /> complete sanitary sewer district to serve all parts of the City of Decatur, <br /> as described in "Exhibit 1" , and as shown on sheet numbers 1 through 26 <br /> of the detailed plans and specifications, including the locations of all <br /> such sewers and the depths thereof, all detailed in "Exhibit 2" . <br />
