along the Southeasterly line of said road to its intersection with the rdorth and South centerline of said Section 21; thence South along the North and South centerline of said Section 21 to its intersection with the Northwesterly right-of-way line of the Wabash Railway Company; thence Southwesterly along the said Northwesterly Wabash right-of-way line to the point of beginning, containing 7 5/10 acres, more or less, and being the same property conveyed by Frederick Clumpp to Stephen E. Cotter on September 16 , 1925 , and recorded in Volume 565 of Warranty Deeds, Page 283 of the records in the Recorder ' s Office of Macon County, Illinois. The centerline of said permanent easement is described as follows: Beginning at a point 16 feet North of the South line of the Northeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of said Section 21 , with said point being on the West line of the above described tract; thence East 16 feet North of and parallel with the South line of said quarter section to the East line of the above described tract. Also, a temporary easement for construction purposes only over and across the above des.cribed tract with said temporary easement being 30 feet in width and being 15 feet either side of the above described centerline.
