East line of the aforesaid Southeast ; of the Southwest 4; thence North along the East line of the aforesaid Southeast 4 of the Southwest a 283 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1 . 279 acres more or less , and also, A triangular shape piece or parcel of land off the North end of what is designated as Lot 2 of a Subdivision of a part of the Southeast 4 of the Southwest ; of Section 21 , Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , as per Plat thereof made by G. B. Loring, Surveyor of Macon County, Illinois, dated February 28 , 1898 , and recorded in Deed of Records of P4acon County, Illinois , in Book 335 , at Page 391, with said parcel being more particularly described as beginning at a point on the East line of the aforesaid Lot 2 , which is 283 feet South of the North line of the aforesaid Southeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of said Section 21; thence North along the East line of the aforesaid Lot 2 a distance of 274 . 28 feet, more or less,to a point in the present Southeasterly right-of-way line of the Wabash Railway Company, which is 50 feet Southeasterly, by rectangular measurement, from the centerline of the original or Southerly main tract of said railway company; thence Southwesterly along a line which is parallel with and 50 feet Southeasterly, by rectangular measurement, from the aforesaid centerline of original main tract, 373 . 56 feet more or less , to a stone set at the intersection of the West line of said Lot 2 with the aforesaid present Southeasterly right-of-way line of said railway company; thence East on a line which is parallel with and 283 feet SOuth, by rec- tangular measurement, from the North line of the aforesaid Southeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of said Section 21, a distance of 252 . 78 feet more or less, to the point of beginning, and containing . 795 of an acre, more or less, and situated in Macon County, Illinois. The centerline of said permanent easement is described as follows: Beginning at a point 56 feet South of the North line of the Southeast ; of the Southwest 4 of Section 21, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , which said point is on the West line of the above described tract; thence East 6 feet South of and parallel with the North line of said quarter section to the East line of the above described tract. Also, a temporary easement for construr_tion purposes only over and across the above described property with said temporary easement being described as 30 feet in width and 15 feet either side of the above described centerline.
