East line of the aforesaid Southeast ; of the Southwest 4; thence <br /> North along the East line of the aforesaid Southeast 4 of the <br /> Southwest a 283 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1 . 279 <br /> acres more or less , and also, <br /> A triangular shape piece or parcel of land off the North <br /> end of what is designated as Lot 2 of a Subdivision of a part <br /> of the Southeast 4 of the Southwest ; of Section 21 , Township 16 <br /> North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , as per Plat thereof made <br /> by G. B. Loring, Surveyor of Macon County, Illinois, dated <br /> February 28 , 1898 , and recorded in Deed of Records of P4acon <br /> County, Illinois , in Book 335 , at Page 391, with said parcel being <br /> more particularly described as beginning at a point on the <br /> East line of the aforesaid Lot 2 , which is 283 feet South of the <br /> North line of the aforesaid Southeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of said <br /> Section 21; thence North along the East line of the aforesaid <br /> Lot 2 a distance of 274 . 28 feet, more or less,to a point in the <br /> present Southeasterly right-of-way line of the Wabash Railway <br /> Company, which is 50 feet Southeasterly, by rectangular measurement, <br /> from the centerline of the original or Southerly main tract of <br /> said railway company; thence Southwesterly along a line which is <br /> parallel with and 50 feet Southeasterly, by rectangular measurement, <br /> from the aforesaid centerline of original main tract, 373 . 56 <br /> feet more or less , to a stone set at the intersection of the <br /> West line of said Lot 2 with the aforesaid present <br /> Southeasterly right-of-way line of said railway company; thence <br /> East on a line which is parallel with and 283 feet SOuth, by rec- <br /> tangular measurement, from the North line of the aforesaid Southeast <br /> 4 of the Southwest 4 of said Section 21, a distance of 252 . 78 <br /> feet more or less, to the point of beginning, and containing <br /> . 795 of an acre, more or less, and situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois. <br /> The centerline of said permanent easement is described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point 56 feet South of the North line of <br /> the Southeast ; of the Southwest 4 of Section 21, Township 16 <br /> North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , which said point <br /> is on the West line of the above described tract; thence East 6 <br /> feet South of and parallel with the North line of said quarter <br /> section to the East line of the above described tract. <br /> Also, a temporary easement for construr_tion purposes only <br /> over and across the above described property with said temporary <br /> easement being described as 30 feet in width and 15 feet either <br /> side of the above described centerline. <br /> TRACT IX <br /> A permanent easement 10 feet in width over and across property <br /> described as a part of 3 acres off the entire North side of the South <br /> ; of the Southwest � of the Northeast 4 of the Southeast 4 of Sec- <br /> tion 29 , To�,�nship 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd F.P�. , and <br /> the South Z of the South 4 .5 acres of the North 15 acres off of the <br /> West Z of the Northeast � of the Southeast � of Section 29 , Town- <br /> ship 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.PZ. , excent the North 104 <br /> feet of the West 250 feet thereof, with the centerline of said <br /> permanent easement being described as follows : <br />
