�5 �,,. , � Section 7 . The following numbered sections in said Code � are hereby modified and amended as herein indicated: (a} PM-103 . 2 by deleting the last sentence thereof. (b) PM-105 . 2 by deleting the last sentence thereof. (c) PM-106 . 3 by substituting a period in lieu of the comma following the word "notice" in the next to the last line thereof and deleting the remainder of said section. (d) PM-106. 4 by substituting the phrase "Property Maintenance Ordinance" in lieu of the phrase "Section PM-109 .2" . (e) PM-107 .1 by substituting for the wording in the first sentence after the word "equipment" the phrase "an appropriately worded placard giving notice that the same is unfit for human occupancy � or use or is dangerous and unsafe, as the case may be" and by deleting the last sentence of said section. (f) PM-201. 0 by substituting the word "pronounce" in lieu of the word "adjudge" in the definition of Condemn; by deleting the definition of Condemnation, and by substituting the phrase "the upkeep of property or equipment" in lieu of the definition of Maintenance that appears therein. (g) PM-300 .2, PM-400 .2, PM-500.2, PM-600. 2 and PM-700.2 by inserting a comma between the words "owner-occupant" and "or" , and between the words "occupancy" and "or" in the last sentence thereof. ; (h) PM-301. 3 by deleting the phrase "shall be paved with bituminous, concrete or equivalent , surfacing and" from the first sentence thereof. (i) PM-301.11 by substituting the phrase � "the Fire Prevention Code" in lieu of the phrase i, "the fire official" . � (j) PM-302 .4 .1 by deleting the last sentence thereof.
