NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section I. That the Petition for Vacation aforesaid be <br /> and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the above described portion of the alley <br /> aforesaid be and the same is hereby vacated as a public alley <br /> or way inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use <br /> and the gublic interest will be subserved by such vacation and <br /> the public will be relieved from the further burden and responsi- <br /> bility of maintaining said portion of said alley, the same being <br /> shown on the plat thereof hereto attached and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 3.
