garbage hauled or transported, and such vehicles shall be kept <br /> thoroughly cleaned so that when empty they will give off no <br /> offensive or obnoxious odors . <br /> S . No person, firm or corporation shall collect or haul <br /> garbage for a fee within the City of Decatur without a current <br /> license therefor issued by the City Manager. <br /> 6 . No person, firm or corporation shall collect or haul <br /> garbage for a fee within the City of Decatur in a vehicle not <br /> listed in the current license application form of said person, firm <br /> or corporation on file with the City Clerk for a license to collect <br /> and haul garbage or in a vehicle not properly tagged as required <br /> herein. <br /> 7. Application for a license to collect and haul garbage <br /> shall be made to the City Clerk on forms provided by said Clerk <br /> together with the annual license fee required herein and shall <br /> contain the name, age and address of the applicant, or of all <br /> partners if the applicant is a partnership , or of all officers, <br /> directors and shareholders individually holding in the aggregate <br /> more than 5 percent of the corporate shares if the applicant is <br /> a corporation, the current registration numbers of all vehicles <br /> to be used by the applicant in the collection and hauling of <br /> garbage, and such other information as may be required by said <br /> Clerk so as to enable the City Manager to determine whether such <br /> applicant is in conformance with the provisions hereof. <br />
