r" ' <br /> • <br /> notice is given, or within 7 days of removal if no notice <br /> was given, as the case may be, and it is found that no probable <br /> �ause exists to believe that the violation occurr d a a <br /> � s lleged, <br /> the vehicle shall be released to such owner by the City without <br /> payment of any fees by such owner. <br /> (c) If a vehicle is removed as provided in subparagraph <br /> (a) hereof or held in storage either after a hearing or after <br /> 7 days as provided in subparagraph (b) hereof, such vehicle shall <br /> not be released to the owner thereof until payment of towing <br /> and storage fees is made; provided that, should such owner be <br /> found not guilty by a court of law of the parking violation which <br /> caused the removal of the vehicle, then said vehicle shall be <br /> released to such owner without payment of any fees . Such a <br /> vehicle may also be released to the owner thereof if said owner <br /> provides the City with assurance satisfactory to the Legal <br /> Department that said owner will pay all towirig and storage <br /> fees in the event such owner is found guilty by a court of law <br /> of the alleged parking violation. <br />
