.� ' , <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br /> REGARDING COMBINED WATER AND WASTEWATER <br /> SERVICE FEES AND ACCOUNTS <br /> For and in consideration of the matters in inducement set <br /> out in the ordinance of the City whereby the same is authorized, <br /> which said matters are hereby adopted by reference , it is agreed <br /> by and between the Sanitary District of Decatur, and the City of <br /> Decatur, both of the State of Illinois, as follows: <br /> l. This agreement shall become and be effective as of <br /> �e 15th day of March, 1982 , and shall remain in effect until <br /> terminated as elsewhere provided herein. <br /> 2. This agreement shall not apply to Special Use Charges <br /> of the District. <br /> 3 . The City, after from time to time receiving notice of the <br /> i.mposition by the District of user charges based upon billable flow, <br /> as those terms may be from time to time defined by the Dist=ict, <br /> and so long as the same are based upon the quantity of water <br /> furnished by the City, as measured by water meters required by <br /> City, to premi.ses within the City having both water and sanitary , <br /> sewer service, shall compute and set out upon the periodic <br /> billing for water service the wastewater system user charge of <br /> the District fo= the same water user, =eceive payment thereof and <br /> , <br />
