Notice of user charge rates modified. or changed by <br /> the District shall be given the City not less than 30 days before <br /> the periodic billing upon which the same are to appear. <br /> 5 . The District shall establish an account with a financial <br /> institution whereat the City utilizes banking facilities into <br /> which account the City shall deposit payments received by it on <br /> behalf of the District within two regular business days of the <br /> City after receipt thereof. <br /> 6 . In the event payment is received by the City in an amount \� '� <br /> � ��I <br /> less than the combined total of the District charges. and the City � ' <br /> charges shown on a particular �oint bill the amount received <br /> shall be pro-rated between said entities by applying the ratio of � <br /> �" <br /> each charge to the total to the amount so received. --.- <br /> 7 . Although the City may receive, pay over and account for <br /> payments of delinquent District charges which arose before the <br /> due date of the initial billing by the City under the provisions <br /> hereof, this agreement is otherwise inapplicable thereto. <br /> 8 . The City shall designate the District user charge as <br /> being included within the meaning of "other charges relating <br /> to water service" as such term is used in the water service <br /> regulations of the City and the enforcement thereof, but <br /> the City shall be responsible to the District only to the extent <br /> . <br />
