The District shall indemnify and hold harmless the <br /> City from any and all loss and damage and any and all claims , <br /> demands , suits, liabilities , payments and expenses including <br /> reasonable attorneys fees resulting from default upon any of <br /> the terms of this agreement by the District or resulting from <br /> actions taken soley to enforce payment of the user charges of <br /> the District. <br /> 12 .
