, . ' Section 2. That the form, terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement, the Indenture and the Official Statement presented to this meeting and including all additions and changes to said documents as heretofore approved be, and they hereby are, in all respects authorized, approved, ratified and conf irmed and that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City be, and they hereby are, authorized, empowered and directed to execute, seal with the corporate seal of the City, acknowledge and deliver the Loan Agreement, the Indenture and the Official Statement in the name and on behalf of the City, in substantially the form before this meeting and hereby approved, or with such changes therein as shall be approved by said officials of the City executing the same, including without limitation, such changes as shall be necessary to conform to the terms of the Bonds heretofore and herein authorized, approved, ratified and conf irmed, their execution thereof to constitute conclusive evidence of their approval and the approval of the Issuer of any and all changes or revisions therein from the form of said documents before this meeting. The use by the Underwriters of the said Official Statement is hereby approved and the use of the Preliminary Official Statement, dated January 12, 1982, is hereby ratified and conf irmed as the official act of the Issuer. Section 3• That the issuance of $3, 300,000 aggre- gate principal amount of Bonds bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum and maturing on March 1, 1989 is hereby authorized and approved, and that the Mayor and City Clerk of -3-
