-18- <br /> Director, Department of Finance , is hereby authorized, empowered <br /> and directed to execute and deliver the Official Statement, in <br /> the name and on behalf of the City and the Mayor, City Manager, <br /> Director, Department of Finance and other employees of the City <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to do all such acts and things <br /> and to execute all such documents as may be necessary to carry out <br /> and comply with the provisions of this Ordinance and all of the <br /> acts and doings of such r4ayor, City Manager, Director, Department <br /> of Finance and other employees of the City which are in conformity <br /> with the purposes of this Ordinance, whether heretofore or here- <br /> after taken or done, shall be and are hereby ratified, confirmed <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 10.
