No connection .shall be made to a sanitary sewer <br /> which will permit surface or storm water drainage into , <br /> said sewer, and no con�nection shall be made to a surface or <br /> storm water drain or sewer which will permit sanitary <br /> sewage to be admitted into such surface or storm wa�er <br /> drain or sewer. No connection shall be made to an existing ' <br /> combination sewer unless evidence statisfactory in the <br /> judgment of the Director is submitted to him to clearly <br /> show that the existing use the=eof along with the addition- <br /> al use as a result of the proposed connection are less <br /> than sixty per cent of the capacity of the existing sewer <br /> under all reasonable conditions, and that there is no <br /> reasonably feasible alternative to provide service other <br /> � i <br /> than by the connection proposed. '� <br /> 9 . In those areas of the City served with combined ' ''i <br /> sewers furnishing both sanitary and surface water drainage 'I <br /> after a separate surface water drainage system has been � <br /> provided therein to relieve such combined sewers from <br /> surcharge by surface water drainage, further induction <br /> and admission of surface water into such combined sewers <br /> shall cease and terminate. <br /> 10.
