, � Chapter 13.1 <br /> (e) Supervise and make rules with regard to the <br /> maintenance of city motor vehicles and keep <br /> or require to be kept and made by the various <br /> departments such records and reports with <br /> regard to the maintenance and operation of <br /> motor vehicles as may �be necessary or <br /> desirable and supervise and operate or cause <br /> to be operated any city facility for the <br /> maintenance or keeping of such motor vehicles <br /> and supervise the necessary licensing and <br /> inspections thereof; <br /> (f) Supervise and schedule the use of city <br /> duplicating and copying equipment and the <br /> maintenance of and supplies for the same and <br /> otherwise operate central duplicating <br /> services of the city; <br /> (g) Supervise the upkeep, maintenance and repair <br /> of the Police Building and such other <br /> buildings and grounds as . may be designated <br /> by the City Manager; <br /> (h) Store, keep and inventory the necessary <br /> office supplies and materials for the <br /> efficient operation of the city offices and <br /> keep, store and. inventory specialized cloth- <br /> ing of the various city departments and <br /> otherwise supervise and control the central <br /> warehousing and inventory operation of <br /> municipal stores and properties ; <br /> (i) Aid and assist the Council, Manager and the <br /> various departments in the pr.eparation of <br /> budgets and policies relating to purchasing <br /> and provisions of equipment, materials and <br /> supplies and advise the Manager and city <br /> departments with regard to sources of <br /> supplies , markets, price trends, grading, <br /> inspection, storage, transportation and <br /> quality with regard to the various materials , <br /> supplies and equipment with which they may be <br /> c�oncerned; <br /> (j ) Service and maintain the equipment and <br /> facilities of the Motor Vehicle Parking <br /> System. � <br />
