'- Cnapter 14 <br /> S . Whenever the term "water works" is used in this <br /> Code it shall mean and include the entire physical property <br /> of the City of Decatur, Illinois used in raw and treated <br /> water, storage, treatment, purification, pumping and <br /> distribution and shall include the reservoir commonly <br /> known as Lake Decatur and all appurtenances thereto. <br /> 6 . All revenue or other monies received on behalf of <br /> the Water Department whether from the furnishing of water, <br /> from connection fees or otherwise and from any source <br /> whatsoever shall be segregated into and placed in a separate <br /> fund of the City which fund shall be designated as the <br /> Water Fund and which shall be expended for the Water <br /> Department purposes only and no portion whereof shall be <br /> expended for the purposes of any other department of or <br /> any other purpose of the City except that those costs <br /> which should be reasonably and properly charged to the <br /> Water Department may be expended from said Fund. <br />
