The following described real estate is owned by <br /> Library but record title is held by City: <br /> Lots ��ineteen (l�) and Twenty (20) in <br /> Block Six (6) of Carver' s Addition to <br /> the City of Decatur as per Plat recorded <br /> in Book T at Page 238 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois , except for the south 75 feet <br /> of said lots . <br /> 2 . The Library wants to sell the real estate and to <br /> facilitate that sale City is transferring title by quit claim <br /> deed to the Library. <br /> 3 . The net funds received by the Library for the sale of <br /> the real estate shall be deposited with the City and this amount, <br /> with any earnings thereon, shall be distributed by the City to <br /> the Library from time to time for Library capital expenditures . <br /> 4.
