The following described real estate is owned by <br />' • Library but record title is held by City: <br /> Lots Nineteen (19) and 'itaenty (20) in <br /> Block Six (6) of Carver's Addition to <br /> the City of Decatur as per Plat recorded <br /> in Book <br /> T at Page 238 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois, except for the south 75 feet <br /> , of said lots. <br /> 2. The Library wants to sell the real estate and to <br /> facilitate chat sale City is transferring title bq quit claim <br /> deed to the Library. <br /> 3. The net funds received by the Library for the sale of <br /> the real estate shall be deposited with the City and this amount, <br /> with any earnings thereon, shall be distributed by the City to <br /> the Library from time to time for Library capital expenditures. <br /> 4.
