That they are the owners of record of all the territory herein described. 2. That at least 50% of the electors who reside on the territory herein described have signed and do join in this petition, 3 . That the territory herein described is not within the corporate limits of any municipality. 4. That the territory herein described is contiguous to the City of Decatur, a municipal corporation. 5. That the petitioners request that the City of Decatur, � a municipal corporation, annex the following described property: � The West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 16 North, Range 3 East - � of the 3rd P.M. and the East Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21 , Township 16 ' North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , except commencing at the Northwest corner of said East Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21 thence East along the North line of said Southwest Quarter 600 feet, thence Southwesterly at an acute angle of 28° 51 ' 684 feet , thence North 300 feet to the of beginning, all in Macon County, I1linois . WHEREFORE, the petitioners pray that the above described property be annexed to the City of Decatur, a municipal corporation, in accordance with the Statutes in such case made and provided.
