AGREEMENT TO FURNISH PERSONNEL FOR <br /> OPERATION OF PARKING Gr'�,RAGES <br /> y� �� <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, Made this day o , 1981, by and <br /> between THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS , A Municipal Corporation, <br /> hereinafte= referred to as CITY, and DOWNTOWN DECATUR COUNCIL, <br /> INC. , A Corporation, hereinafter referred to as OPERATOR. <br /> For and in consideration of the covenants , agreements <br /> and conditions hereinafter set forth City does hereby contract <br /> with Operator for the furnishing of personnel and supervision <br /> to operate the off-street motor vehicle parking facilities <br /> owned by City and commonly known as : <br /> NIVPS Garage A - located on North Jackson Street between <br /> East William and East Prairie Streets; <br /> MVPS Garage B - located on North Water Street between <br /> East Eldorado Street and East North Street; <br /> MVPS Garage C - located on South Franklin Street between <br /> East Wood Street and East Main Street; <br /> all in the City of Decatur, Illinois, for the perio d of three <br /> z <br /> (�) years beginning on the lst day of April, 1981, and ending <br /> on the 31st day of March, 1983 , unless sooner terminated <br /> as elsewhere provided herein. <br /> IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Operator agrees to furnish such personnel and <br /> supervision as shall, under the direction and at the discretion <br /> of the City, be necessary or desirable to operate the aforesaid <br />
