approved, and that the Mayor and Clerk of the Municipality be, and <br /> are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute and deliver <br /> the Purchase Contract in the name and on behalf of the Municipality <br /> to the Hospital and the Underwriters; and that the Purchase Contract <br /> is to be in substantially the form before this meeting and hereby <br /> app=oved, or with such changes therein as shall be approved by the <br /> Mayor and Clerk, provided that the Bonds may be issued at a net <br /> interest cost not to exceed 1�$ and may be sold to the Underwriters <br /> at a price not less than96 $ of par plus accrued interest to date <br /> of delivery, the execution thereof to constitute conclusive evidence - <br /> of the approval of any and all changes or revisions therein fro� <br /> the Purchase Contract before this meeting; and that from and after <br /> the execution and delivery of the Purchase Contract, the officials , <br /> agents and employees of the Municipality are �ereby authorized, <br /> empowered and directed to do all such acts and things necessary to <br /> carry out and comply with the provisions of the Purchase Contract. <br /> Section 6. That the Mayor and Clerk of the Municipality, <br /> be and are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to cause the <br /> Bonds to be prepared, bearing interest at the rates and with the <br /> maturities� set out in th� Purchase Contract. (as executed and <br /> delivered) , in such form and having the other terms and provisions <br /> specified in the Indenture (as executed and delivered) ; that the <br /> Bonds shall be executed in the name of the Municipality with the <br /> facsimile signatures of the Mayor of the Municipality and the <br /> Clerk of the Municipality, and the seal of the Municipality may be <br /> affixed thereto or imprinted thereon and the coupons to be attached <br /> to the coupon Bonds shall be executed by the facsimile signatures <br /> -6- <br />
