of the Psayor and the Clerk of the Municipality; and that the PZayor <br /> or Cler�c of the PZunicipality shall cause the Bonds, as so executed <br /> and attested, to be delivered to the Trustee, for authentication, <br /> and the Trustee is hereby requested to authenticate the Bonds . <br /> Section 7 . That the form of the Bonds contained in the <br /> Indenture, sub�ect to appropriate insertions and revisions in order <br /> to comply with the provisions of the Indenture be, and the same <br /> are hereby approved, and when the same shall be executed on behalf <br /> of the PZunicipality in the manner contemplated by the Indenture <br /> and this Ordinance, they shall represent the approved forms of <br /> the Bonds of the PZunicipality. <br /> Section 8 . That the PZayor and Clerk of the P�unicipality <br /> be and are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to issue and <br /> sell to the Underwriters $11,915 ,000 principal amount of the Bonds, <br /> as provided in the Purchase Contract. <br /> Section 9 . 'I'hat the actions of the t7ayor, Clerk and <br /> Council of the P�iunicipality heretofore taken in connection with <br /> the Bonds are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br /> Section• 10. That from and after the execution and <br /> delivery of said documents, the proper officials , agents and em— <br /> ployees of the PZunicipality are hereby authorized, empowered and <br /> directed to do all such acts and things and to execute all such <br /> documents as may be necessary to carry out and comply with the <br /> provisions of said documents as executed, and to further the <br /> purposes and intent of this Ordinance, including the preamble <br /> hereto . <br /> -7- <br />
