That all acts and doings of the officials <br /> of the P�unicipality which are in conformity with the purposes <br /> and intent of this Ordinance and in furtherar.ce of the issuance <br /> of the Bonds be , and the same are hereby in all respects , approved <br /> and confirmed . <br /> Section 12 . That the provisions of this Ordinance are <br /> hereby declared to be separable, and if any section, phrase or <br /> provisions shall for any reason be declared to be invalid, suc71 <br /> declarations shall not affect the validity of the remainder of <br /> the sections, phrases or provisions . <br /> Section 13 .
