� either on main thoroughfares or boulevards or on streets <br /> and alleys of the City generally, then in that event the City <br /> herein shall have the right to require the Company to remove <br /> its overhead construction in comparable areas and use conduits <br /> or other acceptable methods then in use at the sole expense <br /> of the Company. If a more attractive type of overhead construction <br /> than wooden poles should become an accepted practice, then <br /> in that event the City herein may require the Company to change <br /> over to the more acceptable method at the expense of the <br /> Company. The Company shall have a reasonable time, taking into <br /> account the magnitude of the changes requested, to carry out <br /> such changes . The Company sha11 have the right to trim trees <br /> and shrubs for the proper clearance of overhead lines under <br /> such supervision as the City may from time to time provide. <br /> In that area of the City currently served by Illinois Power <br /> Company by the use of underground conduit, the Company shall <br /> not erect any poles or use overhead cable or wires . In no <br /> event shall the Company use or attempt to use poles erected by <br /> any Downtown Decatur Special Assessment Street Lighting District. <br /> The Company shall furnish the City a complete set of maps drawn <br /> to a scale of 200 feet to an inch showing all installations <br /> made by the Company hereunder and all changes in such installations <br /> and all additions, relocations and modifications thereto and shall <br /> keep said maps current at all times . <br /> Section 20 . That when any street, avenue, alley, bridge, <br /> or public place, upon which or in which any poles , conductors , <br /> conduits and apparatus of the Company have been placed, shall <br />
