' �r,� <br /> . �� . <br /> . t <br /> ' � ORDINANCE NO. g0 - 86 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 49 - ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the City Code be, and it is hereby, amended at <br /> Section 4 of Chapter 49 thereof so that said section as so amended <br /> shall provide as follows: <br /> 4. Classes of local liquor licenses are hereby established <br /> and are hereby authorized as follows : <br /> Class A, under which alcoholic liquor may be sold for <br /> consumption on the licensed premises, and coincident to <br /> and in conjuction with and only coincident to and in <br /> conjuction with, the active and substantial exercise of <br /> that privilege, alcoholic liquor also may be sold in <br /> packages for consumption off the licensed premises, which <br /> said Class A license shall not be issued for any premises <br /> situated in any Residence, Office, Park Mobile Home or <br /> Neighborhood Shopping District established by the Zoning <br /> Ordinance; <br /> Class B, under which alcoholic liquors may be sold only <br /> in packages for consumption off the licensed premises, <br /> which said Class B license shall not be issued for any <br /> premises situated in any Residence, Office or Park Mobile <br /> Home District established by the Zoning Ordinance; <br /> Class C, under which only a club shall be licensed and <br /> alcoholic liquor may be sold for consumption on or off <br /> the licensed premises only to members of such Club and <br /> invited guests of said members personally being attended <br /> by a member, which said Class C license shall not be <br /> issued for any premises situated in any Residence, Office, <br /> Park Mobile Home or Neighborhood Shopping District es- <br /> tablished by the Zoning Ordinance unless the licensed <br /> premises are a club house connected with a private golf <br /> course. <br /> Class D, under which the licensee may only be a hotel <br /> having not less than 100 rooms used for the sleeping <br /> accomodations of guests, or a motel having not less than <br /> 100 such rooms and having the same accommodations as a <br /> hotel, which said Class D license shall not be issued <br /> for any premises situated in any Residence, Office, Park <br /> Mobile Home or Neighborhood Shopping District established <br /> by the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Class �, under which the licensee may only be the State <br /> or a department, agency or instrumentality thereof, or <br /> a unit of local government, and alcoholic liquor may be <br />
