. � . • , . sold only for consumption on licensed premises owned by the licensee wherever or however situated, or however classified for zoning purposes, within the City. If on April 24, 1978, the premises licensed under the then provisions of this Chapter, even though issuance of a Class A or Class C license would otherwise now be prohibited in the Zoning district into which said pre- mises are classified, said premises, so long as the same use thereof is continued, shall be exempt from said pro- hibition. Section 2. That said Code be, and it is hereby, further amended at said Chapter to provide at Sections 10 , 14 and 16 respectively as follows: 10. Not more than the maximum number of licenses as set out herein shall be issued in each respective class, either ini- tially or on renewal, as follows: Class A, 81; Class B, 10; Class C, 11; Class D, no limit; Class E, 2. 14. Class A, C. and D licensed premises shall have separate sanitary toilets maintained in clean and sanitary condition for males and females respectively. 16 . No person shall sell, deliver or consume alcoholic li- quor, and no licensee shall permit the s�.me, on or in the pre- mises licensed hereunder between 2: 00 A.M. and 6: 00 A.M. on Mondays through Saturdays or between 2: 00 A.M. and 10 : 00 A.M. on Sundays, except that liquor may be sold or consumed until 3: 00 A.M, on January 1, each year. Section 4. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause the amendatory provisions hereof to be appro- priately set out in said Code and the same to be published in pamphlet form.
