That to the extent that existing provisions of <br /> other ordinances may be in conflict with the provisions of this <br /> ordinance such provisions of other ordinances be, and the same are <br /> hereby, modified and amended to conform with the provisions of this <br /> ordinance, otherwise the same to remain in full force and effect. <br /> Section 10 . That the C.ity Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized <br /> and directed to cause to be taken a11 necessary steps and actions <br /> reasonably required to carry out the intent and purpose of the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 11.
