R2016-107 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF <br /> WM NOBBE CO., WATERLOO, IL, FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) 2016 <br /> GLOBAL M3, THREE-WHEEL CONFIGURATION SWEEPER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing two (2) 2016 Global M3, <br /> Three-Wheel configuration sweeper, Bid No. 2016-59 presented herewith be, and it is hereby, <br /> received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Wm Nobbe Co., in the amount of$350,000.00, be accepted <br /> and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Wm Nobbe Co., for their <br /> bid price of$350,000.00. <br /> Section 4.
