. <br /> Chapter 49 <br /> 18. Pdo licensee, officer, associate, member, representative, <br /> • agent or employee of a licensee, shall sell, give or deliver <br /> alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of 21 years , L n <br /> (�� °-�� �-1?�- <br /> or to any �'�,�, 7 �/ <br /> person known to be an habitual drunkard, spendthrift, insane, <br /> mentally ill, mentally deficient, or in need of inental treat- <br /> ment. No person, after purchasing or otherwise obtaining al- <br /> coholic liquor shall sell, give or deliver such alchholic <br /> liquor to another person under the age of 21 years except in <br /> the performance of a religious ceremony or service except as <br /> provided in Section 19 of this Chapter. <br /> 19. Section 18 of this Chapter does not apply to the sale, <br /> gift or delivery of beer or wine to a person under the age of <br /> 21 years but at least 19 years of age if at the time of such <br /> � sale, gift or delivery of such beer or wine such person is in <br /> possession of and exhibits positive identification and proof <br /> I� �� '�%.�/ � �..� <br /> of age as defined in this Chapter. � <br /> /o�-- � 7- <br /> 20. Positive identification and proof of age means a card <br /> or other document issued by, and showing on its face that it <br /> is issued by, a public officer in the performance of the <br /> official uuties of such officer and whicn contains the name, <br /> signature, date of birth and a readily recognizeable photo- <br /> graph of the fact of the person to whom the same is issued. � n �yr� �� <br /> o,r� <br /> 21. No person shall misrepresent his or her age by any means i�—�7-�� <br /> for the purpose of purcnasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor. <br /> Any person to whom the sale, gift or delivery of alcoholic <br /> � liquor is prohibited because of age shall not purchase, or <br /> accept a gift of such alcoholic liq�.o� or have such alcoholic <br /> liquor in his or her possession. ✓� � � <br /> � � �T�� �' <br /> � <br />
