No person under the age of 21 years shall tend bar, <br /> draw, mix or serve any alcoholic liquor as an agent or <br /> employee of any licensee. <br /> 23. Repealed by Ordinance No. 78-72 , May 30 , 1978. <br /> 24. That the holder of a liquor license is hereby required <br /> to make available for inspection by police officers of the <br /> City any part of the premises where liquor is sold and served <br /> or consumed. <br /> 25. Any person, firm or corporation convicted of violation <br /> of a provision of this Chapter shall be fined not to exceed <br /> • $500. 00 for each offense, and each day of a continuing vio- <br /> lation shall be deemed a separate offense. The penalties or <br /> remedies provided herein shall be cumulative and resort to <br /> any one or more shall be no defense to prosecution of another. <br /> (Amended by Ordinance No. 78-72 , May 30 , 1978) <br /> 26. If during the license period there is any change pertain- <br /> ing to shareholders individually holding in the aggregate more <br /> than 5 per cent of the corporati shares, or pertaining to the <br /> officers or manager, of a licensee, such change shall be re- <br /> ported to the Local Liquor Control Commissioner by filing with <br /> the City Clerk appropriately completed forms furnished by the <br /> Clerk, accompanied by the proper required shareholders ' <br /> individually or manager' s statements, within 10 days of such <br /> • changes. <br /> (Amended by Ordinanc e;'iVo.78-72 , May 30 , 1978) <br />
