' -�, '� . <br /> • , , � • . . <br /> the same was , or was attempted to be communicated to the news media <br /> and the public, and which shall be, so soon as practicable filed <br /> with the City Clerk who is hereby authorized and directed to receive <br /> and preserve the same for public inspection in some appropriate <br /> manner for a period of not less than two years , and by the same <br /> method and manner the ending of said emergency shall be declared. <br /> Section 4 . That when appropriate signs or markings giving <br /> notice thereof have been provided, in addition to any other regulation <br /> applicable thereto, no person shall park or leave standing any vehicle <br /> in the roadway of an emergency snow route in the City at anytime <br /> during the period commencing six hours after a snow emergency has been <br /> declared and extending to the hour at which such emergency has been <br /> declared to be ended. ' <br /> Section 5 . Any person or entity parking or leaving standing j <br /> any vehicle in violation of the provisions of this ordinance, or ', <br /> causing the same, shall upon conviction be fined not to exceed $200 .00 . I� <br /> Section 6 . Any peace officer may cause any vehicle found <br /> to be parked or left standing in violation of the provisions hereof I <br /> to be towed away and impounded whereafter the same may be held until <br /> all towing and storage charges relating thereto are paid by the person <br /> seeking to obtain the release thereof. <br /> Section 7 . That the substance of the provisions of <br /> Chapter 30 Section 121 may be made applicable to the provisions of <br /> this ordinance by the direction of the City Manager which he is , <br /> in his discretion, so authorized to do, in which event the sum to be <br /> so paa.d within 72 hours shall be $5. 00 and double that amount if <br /> paid after said per�.od but before complaint is served. <br />► - -- ---------- _ . - - -- - <br />
