In order to p�otect the water distribution system <br /> of the City, no plumbing system �hall be connected thereto unless the <br /> same conforms and complies with he provisions of this ordinance and <br /> said Code, as modified, and any uch plumbing system already connected <br /> to the water supply system may b shut off until the same is corrected, <br /> and may, until corrected, be dis onnected. <br />, Section 12 . The provision hereof are, and shall be contrued <br /> to be severable and invalidity o any section or provision of this <br /> ordinance or of the codes and st ndards hereby adopted, shall not <br /> invalidate other sections or pro isions hereof. <br /> Section 13 .
