That the City Clerk of said City of Decatur, Illinois on the passage and approval of this Ordinance, shall file a certified copy of this Ordinance with th County Clerk of Macon County, Illinois, in the State of Illinois, as r quired by the Statutes of the State of Illinois, in such case made anc� provided. Section 3. That warrants�against and in anticipation of the taxes above levied for the pay ent of the ordinary and necessary expenses of the City for the c rrent fiscal year, are hereby author- ized to be drawn by the Mayor d City Clerk to the extent of seventy- five percentum of the total am unt of any such tax levied herein in accordance with the Statutes i such case made and provided, and subject to the provisions thereof.
