' <br /> , � . � , � <br /> (h) That a sanitary sewer shall be provided by petitioner <br /> as heretofore agreed between petitioner and Decatur Sanitary <br /> District; which said sanitary interceptor sewers and appropriate <br /> easements wherein the same are constructed shall be dedicated <br /> and conveyed by petitioner to said District and that before <br /> furnishing the same,petitionershall cause engineering plans to <br /> be prepared and submitted to and approved in writing by the <br /> Department of Public Works of the City. <br /> (i) That construction and development of any phase of <br /> said premises , as marked on Exhibit B, subject to the conditions <br /> aforesaid, may be commenced before the completion of improvements <br /> in any other phase. <br /> Section 4 . That Sections 2 (b) , 2 (e) , 2 (f) , 2 (g) , 2 (i) , 2 (j ) , <br /> 2 (k) and 2 (1) of Ordinance No . 7196 be, and the same are hereby, <br /> repealed. <br /> Section 5 .
