, . <br /> �� <br /> 11� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � '� 3 r <br /> AN ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance <br /> of ,0 5 ,000 Hospital Facility Revenue <br /> Bonds , Series 1978 (St. Mary' s Hospital, <br /> Decatur, Project) by the City of Decatur, <br /> Macon County, Illinois , and approving the <br /> execution and delivery of a Trust Indenture, <br /> dated September 1, 1978 , a Mortgage and <br /> Security Agreement, dated September 1, <br /> 1978 , an Official Statement , dated <br /> August 28, , 1978 , and a Purchase Con- <br /> tract, dated AuQust 28 , 1978 , per- <br /> taining to said issue and related matters. <br /> � � � <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE <br /> setting forth the determination of the Council of the City of <br /> Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, that it is in the public interest <br /> to assist hospitals serving residents of the City in financing <br /> hospital facilities, and preseribing the procedures to be followed <br /> in the issuanee of Hospital Facility Revenue Bonds by the City" <br /> (the "Enabling Ordinance" ) , duly adopted by the Council of the <br /> City of Deeatur, Macon County, Illinois (the "Municipality") on <br /> April 4 , 1977 , and approved by the Mayor on April � , 1977 , the <br /> Municipality is authorized to issue Hospital Facility Revenue <br /> Bonds for the purpose of paying the Project Costs of a Project, <br /> as defined in the Enabling Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS , as a result af negotiations between the Munici- <br /> palit�► and St. Mary' s Hospital, Decatur, of the Hospital Sisters <br /> of th� Third Order of St. Franci�, an Illinois not for profit <br /> corporation (�he "Hospital") , the Hospital has entered into con- <br /> trac�s for the acquisition and construetion of improvements to its <br /> hospital facility located within the Municipality (the "Project") , <br />
