� <br /> on the North I.ine of Marymount Addition as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 1575 Page 184 of the Records in the <br /> Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Macon County, <br /> Illinois , 70 feet East of the Northwest corner of <br /> said Addition; thence , West along said North line 30 <br /> feet; thence, deflecting to the right 39 °15" a distance <br /> of 240 feet, all being situated in the Northwest <br /> Quarter of Section 27 , Township 17 North, Range 2 East of <br /> the 3rd P.M. in the County of Macon, Illinois , and excepting <br /> therefrom the North 5 feet of Lot 14 of said Addition. <br /> Tract 2 : A temporary easement 30 feet in width for <br /> purposes of construction of said sewer in and over pr�mises <br /> the centerline of which is the same as that of Tract l. <br /> Section 3 . That it be , and it is hereby, determined that the <br /> aforesaid real property is necessary for a public use. <br /> Section 4 . That the Director of Public Works and the Corporation <br /> Counsel, jointly and severally, be, and they are hereby, authorized <br /> to cause said real property to be acquired on behalf of the City, <br /> and that in the event the same is not able to be acquired by agreement <br /> with the owners thereof upon the compensation to be paid therefor, or <br /> in the event title to said property is defective, then title to and <br /> possession of said real property shall be acquired by and for the City <br /> by the exercise of condemnation under the Eminent Domain Law of the <br /> State cf Illinois. <br /> Section 5 .
