the provisions of said Section. <br /> Section 8 . That said Chapter of said Code be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended at Section 25 thereof so that said Section <br /> as so amended shall provide as follows : <br /> 25 . Any person, firm or corporation convicted <br /> of violation of a provision of this Chapter shall be <br /> fined not to exceed $500 . 00 for each offense, and <br /> each day of a continuing violation shall be deemed a <br /> separate offense. The penalties or remedies provided <br /> herein shall be cumulative and resort to any one or <br /> more shall be no defense to prosecution of another. <br /> Section 9. That said Chapter of said Code be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended at Section 26 thereof by substituting the <br /> phrase, shareholders individually, in lieu of the word, stockholders , <br /> in the fir5t and second lines thereof. <br /> Section 10 .
