Section 3. That said Chapter of said Code be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended at Section 7 thereof by repealing and <br /> deleting the provisions thereof. <br /> Section 4 . That said Chapter of said Code be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended by substituting the word, may, in lieu of <br /> the phrase, shall have power to, in the first line of Section 8 <br /> thereof. <br /> Section 5. That said Chapter of said Code be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended at Sections 9 and 10 thereof so that said <br /> Sections as so amended shall provide as follows : <br /> 9 . The Local Liquor Control Commissioner may <br /> permit a licensee to transfer a license to other premises <br /> which comply with the provisions of this Chapter and with <br /> applicable provisions of law, code, ordinance , rule or <br /> regulation and with such reasonable conditions to preserve <br /> the general health, safety and welfare as said Commissioner <br /> shall attach there�to. <br /> 10. The number of local liquor licenses authorized to <br /> be issued is limited to 103 of which up to 83 Class A, <br /> up to 9 Class B, and up to 11 Class C are authorized. <br /> Section 6. That said Chapter of said Code be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended at Sections 12 , 13 ,14 and 15 thereof so <br /> that said Sections as so amended shall provide as follows : <br /> 12. The Local Liquor Control Coznmissioner may in <br /> the manner provided by law suspend or revoke local <br /> liquor license privileges for violation of a provision <br /> of this Chapter or of applicable provisions of law, <br /> ordinance, code , rule or regulation. <br /> 13. Alcoholic liquor may be sold, delivered or <br /> consumed in rooms situated on other than the first or <br /> ground floor of licensed premises only in clubs , <br /> restaurants , hotels or motels. <br /> 14 . Local liquor license Class A and Class C <br /> premises shall have separate sanitary toilets respectively <br /> for males and females maintained in a clean and sanitary <br /> condition. <br /> 15. Local liquor licensed premises and the operation <br /> therein and thereof shall comply, in addition to the provisions <br /> of this Chapter, with the applicable provisions of law, <br /> ordinance, code , rule or regulation. <br /> Section 7. That said Chapter of said Code be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended at Section 23 thereof by repealing and deleting <br /> - 2 - <br />
