That said partnership binds itself and its successors or <br /> assigns in possession of or title to said premises to cause the <br /> same to conform with the then current minimum parking and loading <br /> regulations of the City for such other use or obtain variance of <br /> such regulations before implementing any use thereon other than <br /> such housing, either by limiting such use to the amount of parking <br /> then constructed and ma.intained on said site, or by furnishing <br /> the amount of parking required for said other use by said regula- <br /> tions all in conforma.nce with the then current provisions of City <br /> ordinance. <br /> 7. That this agreement, and any ordinance induced thereby, <br /> ma.y be made a matter of record in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, as a restriction upon and in the title in and <br /> to said premises. <br /> 8. That this agreement is for the benefit of the general <br /> health, safety and welfare of the community to, among other things, <br /> enhance the quiet, peace and repose of the neighborhood of said <br /> premises and to lessen or prevent congestion of motor vehicle <br /> traffic upon its streets. <br /> 9.
