That this i�strument is executed by the proper officers <br /> of said partnership, and that such officers have been, and are, <br /> duly authorized so to do as and far the act of said partnership <br /> and on its behalf. <br /> 2. That this agreement is made regarding premises in said <br /> City as described as: <br /> Lot 10 of A-D-G Specialty Center <br /> 3. That said premises, if acquired by said partrnership, <br /> will be improved with a structure, or structures, and appurten- <br /> ances of which not less than three-fourths of the dwelling units <br /> therein are limited to occupancy by elderly families of low income, <br /> or the handicapped, as such elderly families, or the handicapped, <br /> ma.y from time to time be defined by Federal Law or regulation. <br /> 4. That any variance of said parking and loading regulat- <br /> ions of the City applicable to said premises shall be limited and <br /> conditioned to obtain and remain in force only so long as the use <br /> of said premises is restricted to housing for elderly families of <br /> low income as such use is defined in the ordinance before referred <br /> to herein. <br /> 5. That said variation of said requirements shall be con- <br /> ditioned to expire automatically if either such use is discontinued <br /> �ao�c� �� �►t���,� <br />
