That the representation and agreement of said '� <br /> partnership be, and the same is hereby, a�tached hereto, made a ' <br /> part hereof as if fully set out herein, and approved. <br /> Section 3. That subject to the limitations and conditions I <br /> hereinafter set out, the parking and loading regulations of the �, <br /> City be, and they are hereby, as to said premises varied by re- , <br /> ducing the minimum number of motor vehicle parking spaces required <br /> to three-fourths that number which would otherwise be required. <br /> Section 4 . That the variance herein granted be, and the same <br /> is hereby, limited and conditioned to obtain and remain in force <br /> only so long as the use of said premises is restricted so that not <br /> less th an three-fourths of the dwelling units therein are limited , <br /> to housing for elderly families of low income as the same is de- 'I <br /> fined in Ordinance No. 3512 , as amended, the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and the handicapped, and said variance shall expire <br /> automatically if either such use is discontinued or another use <br /> is implemented on said premises. <br /> Section 5. That the Director of Community Development be, <br /> and he is hereby, authorized to approve a site development plan <br /> reflecting the variation hereby permitted and to issue permits <br /> based thereon, and further to enforce the limitations and conditions <br /> hereby ordained. _ . <br /> Section 6 . That otherwise all applicable rules, regulations, <br /> standards , codes and ordinances , including Ordinance No. 3512, as <br /> amended, the same being the Zoning Ordinance shall be applied to <br /> said premises without variation. <br /> Section 7 .
