'� �IiO�l.MEb <br /> �� oxDzv�.rrcE �o. �� <br /> ORDINAI�CE AMENDING CIT`T CODE <br /> CHAPTER 49 ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois , <br /> be, and it is hereby, amended at Section 4 of Chapter 49 thereof <br /> so that said section as so amended Ghall provide as follows : <br /> 4 . Three classes of local liquor licenses are hereby <br /> autho rized as to?lows : <br /> Class A, under which alcoholic liquor may be sold <br /> for consumption on the licensed premises , and coincident <br /> to and in conjunction with and only coincident to and in <br /> conjunction with , the active and substantial exercise <br /> of that privilege, alcoholic liquor also may be sold in <br /> packages for consumption off the licensed premises , which <br /> said Class A license shall not be issued for any premises <br /> situated in any Residence, Office, Park Mobile Home or <br /> Neighborhood Shopping District established by the Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Class B, under which alcoholic licruors may be sold only <br /> in packages for consumption off the licensed premises , which <br /> said Class B license shall not be issued for any premises <br /> situated in any Residence, Office or Park Mobile Home <br /> District establi.shed by the Zoning Ordinance; <br /> Class C, under which only a club shall be licensed and <br /> alcoholic liquor may be sold for consumption on or off the <br /> licensed premises only to members of such club and invited <br /> guests of said members personally being attended by a <br /> member, which said Class C license shall not be issued <br /> for any premises situated in any Residence, Office, Park <br /> Mobile Home or Neighborhood Shopping District established <br /> by the Zoning Ordinance, unless the licensed premises are <br /> a club house connected with a private golf ccurse. <br /> Section 2 . That said Code be , and it is hereby, further amended <br /> at Section 16 of said Chapter so that as so amended said section <br /> shall provide as follows : <br /> 16. Alcoholic liquor shall not be sold, delivered or consumed <br /> on or in premises licensed hereunder �rom 2 :00 A.M. to 6 :00 A.M. <br /> Mondays through Satur3ays , or from 2 :00 A.M. to 1 :00 P .M. or. <br />
