. �•,( j � <br /> . I' .�'i 1 <br /> Sundays, except on January 1 , of each year, when liquor <br /> mav be sold, delivered or consumed until 3 :00 A.M. Nothing <br /> in this section shall be construed to prevent the consumption <br /> of alcoholic liquors during said hours in the private guest <br /> roon� thereof if licensed premises are a hotel or motel or <br /> club with similar accommodations. <br /> Section 3 . That said Code be, and it is hereby, further amended <br /> by adding Section 16 .1 to said Chap ter so that as so amended said <br /> section shall provide as follows : <br /> 16 .1 During those hours in which alcoholic liquor shall not <br /> be sold, delivered or consumed in premises licensed hereunder, <br /> alcoholic liquor shall not be consumed in the meeting or <br /> public rooms of hotels or motels or in any public place of <br /> accommodation or amusement or place of public resort, including <br /> but not limited to, places selling mix, ice, water and providing <br /> drinking utensils for the purpose of mixing drinks containing <br /> alcoholic liquors for consumption thereat, or those places <br /> commonly known as bottle clubs and similar places . <br /> Section 4. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized <br /> and directed to cause said amendatory provisions to be a�propriately <br /> reflected in said Code and to cause the same to be published in <br /> pamphlet form. <br /> P SENTE , PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this ���day of <br /> � , 1978. <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> . � <br /> CIT CLERK <br />
