Officers and mariagem�nt e�layees of the City shall retire Retire�nent <br /> fran service with tY�e City no later th�-uz the regulax pay day next <br /> succeeding their 65th birthdate anniversary, pmvided that the City <br /> Manager may extend such service for successive annual peri.ods up to <br /> the 70th birthdate ariniversary of an e�nployee if he finds the same <br /> to be required for the better interests of the public service. <br /> 10. Officers and m�ia.g+�nent es�loyees of the City shall be Worlarnn's <br /> C�nsation <br /> cove�d by the provisions of the State Worlanp.n's C.ac�ensation P,ct and <br /> WorlQnen's Occupatianal Di.seases Act. <br /> 11. 7he Ca.ty M�nager is auttwrized to pramulgate and enforce �sox��:e F�sidency <br /> reguireme�zts regarding the resicl�ency of e�loyees in the �mclassified service, <br /> managem�t e�loyees, and officers other than tYnse required by law to be <br /> elected. <br />
