IDOT forms will be submitted within <br /> 10 working days after the inspection is completed. <br /> Garfield Avenue Bridqe over 22"d Street (IL 121) (SN 058-6001): AECOM intends to rent a <br /> single man-lift in order to inspect the bottom of the structure. Lanes on 22"d Street will need to <br /> be closed during the inspection and prior to delivery of the man-lift. Having two adjacent lanes <br /> closed would provide a safer working area for the man-lift. The City of Decatur will provide <br /> traffic control, and AECOM will coordinate traffic control needs with the City of Decatur. <br /> Traffic control will be required to inspect the top of the deck. Shutting down one lane in each <br /> direction will allow a safe inspection of the top of the deck.
